These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Make Healthy, operated by MAKEHELLO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 141 Tollerton Ave, Saint Johns, FL 32259, USA. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or placing an order on our site, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Make Healthy, browsing our recipes, registering for an account, subscribing to a membership plan, or purchasing products from our shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.
Make Healthy is a recipe website and kitchenware shop. We offer a library of recipes, a portion of which is available free of charge, and a paid membership that unlocks our full premium recipe catalog. We also operate an online shop through which you can purchase kitchen tools and equipment featured alongside our recipes.
To access certain features, such as saving favorites, purchasing a membership, or placing an order, you must create an account with an accurate email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@makehealthyfoodrecipes.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We offer two membership plans: a monthly plan billed at $9.99 per month, and an annual plan billed at $99.99 per year. Membership grants access to our full premium recipe library. We do not currently offer a free trial period. Approximately 50% of our recipe library remains available to all visitors free of charge and without a membership, so you can explore a substantial portion of our content before deciding whether to subscribe.
Membership fees are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan) and, unless you cancel, will automatically renew at the then-current price for that plan.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period; see our Refund Policy for details on refunds. When your membership ends, you will retain access to premium content through the end of your current paid period, after which your account reverts to free access.
Our shop checkout is a demonstration checkout flow built for this site. Card numbers you enter are validated for correct format only (using the Luhn algorithm) and are never stored in our database, and no live payment processor is used to actually charge a card in this build. Order totals, taxes, and shipping (where applicable) are shown to you before you complete checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
All recipes, recipe photography, product descriptions, articles, logos, and other content on Make Healthy are owned by or licensed to MAKEHELLO LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print recipes for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, or sell our content without our prior written permission.
When using Make Healthy, you agree not to: attempt to access another user's account, interfere with or disrupt the site or its servers, use automated means to scrape or bulk-download our recipes or content, submit false or fraudulent orders, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Nutrition information shown on our recipes is provided for general informational purposes only and is subject to the disclaimers described in our Disclaimer. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any specific dietary or medical needs before relying on our recipes or nutrition estimates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAKEHELLO LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Make Healthy, including but not limited to any outcome from preparing a recipe found on our site or any issue arising from a product purchased through our shop, except where such liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Make Healthy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Make Healthy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
