This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Make Healthy memberships and for orders placed through our kitchenware shop. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. For any refund request, contact us at info@makehealthyfoodrecipes.com.
Every purchase at Make Healthy - shop orders and Make Healthy Plus memberships alike - is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Shop orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery as described below. If you sign up for Make Healthy Plus and it isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund that charge in full.
Make Healthy membership is available on a monthly plan at $9.99 per month or an annual plan at $99.99 per year. We do not currently offer a free trial period, so your card is charged for the plan you select at the time you sign up.
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page, and cancellation will stop future automatic renewals. Outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee above, we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a current billing period once that period has started, whether monthly or annual, except where required by applicable law. When you cancel, you will keep access to premium recipes through the end of the period you already paid for.
Our checkout is a demonstration checkout flow for this build of the site and does not process real payments through a live payment processor. As a matter of stated company policy, eligible physical kitchenware items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition, for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover return shipping. To start a return, email us at info@makehealthyfoodrecipes.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will provide instructions.
If an item you receive from our shop is damaged in transit or arrives defective, contact us at info@makehealthyfoodrecipes.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Once a return is received and inspected, or a refund is otherwise approved, we aim to process refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order or membership charge. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including used or altered kitchenware, items missing original packaging or accessories, and gift cards or promotional credits, if offered. Membership fees already billed for a period that has passed are not refundable except as described above or where required by law. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
